I’ve been messaging customer service in the game over and over and not getting anywhere. My game has been freezing within a few seconds the turns off and glu doesn’t seem to want to help me. I’ve been messaging from my second account and emailing them, I get nowhere. Has anyone dealt with this issue before and if so what needed to happen before it got resolved. I upgraded my phone to the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and the same issue keeps happening over and over so it’s not the device.
