Sorry, I was so excited that I forgot to take the screenshot.
JK, GLU has burned me so many times with these things I just laughed.
The first "Full Moon" Royale was a blast. Solid resources to gain with solid players to win with decent box odds.
Since then? 15 round WoH events with third-tier players and boxes with garbage players and garbage odds.
Sorry GLU, I'll have more fun playing Santa that night in real life.

Seriously, this is likely going to be another abortion or huge let down. Any grown man that neglects the wife or kids for this should have his man card removed with force.
We already know what this will be. The "Ugly Sweater" event jaded me (again).

But if they did it right the first time....?
I really hope that was sarcasm. They will be off while the addicts beta test the product.
They will return Monday and you will get some ice packs to make up for all the screw ups.

First off, no one makes you play anything. It's a choice you make. If you choose to play instead of spending time with your family, that's your choice. It's a foolish one, but it's still your choice. The game isn't making you play. Playing your XBOX or PS5 or anything else is the same way. You choose to spend your time doing whatever makes you happy. If that means playing this game, great. If it means playing something else, fine. But if your life revolves around any game, you probably have a pretty pathetic life.
Secondly, the main time of an event takes place during timeframe when anyone would be doing Christmas Eve type activities. If you are on the east coast, a regular event is noon to midnight. On the west coast, 9am to 9pm. So to play in a regular event, you would already have to make that choice. Adding more hours on an event wouldn't take anyone away from Christmas Eve activities. Most likely, it would give anyone that wants to play more hours to play when they aren't likely doing anything.
It sounds like people in this thread are worried about wanting to play during Christmas Eve and are trying to complain and criticize to cover up for their own deficiencies related to this game.
