Season mode loses?

I have noticed that even though I have not lost a game in season mode, it shows that I have 4 loses. I don't know why this is happening

    Sometimes when the game crashes during a season mode and it will give you a loss.

    I was 1-6 when I first played. Since then, 2 losses in 13 seasons, both ehen the game crashed
