Jailed and locked out

Been jailed for a week and loading gets stuck on 37 %. Says phone is either jailbroken or rooted .. neither is the case. No cheating or illegal activities. Was a 2020 vip before being jailed. ... Anyone else having this issue?

    Its glú... Not to mention any names, but I know a few players that have "rooted" devices, bus it's too advanced for the techs at glú to catch it
