  Yes same here they posted everything is fixed but my team is jailed and all points are gone.

  Does anyone know if these sometimes get fixed too or do you just literally start from scratch

  So I guess you have to talk to multiple customer service reps until you can find one who actually has decent reading comprehension.  To let them know you are jailed. Because that is hard for most of them to understand when stated as such.

  Every so often, I will get someone named “Paul”, so I know I’ve hit upper management CS paydirt. 

  Just a Silver team from the wrong side of the tracks, so what do I know? 🤷‍♂️
