Cash in large number of draft picks in bulk

I have a large number of lower level draft picks that I'll never touch. Can there be a way to cash them in for Blue cash/gold or upgrade them to the next level if you reach a set threshold?

    I don't imagine that happening anytime soon.  You'd be better served simply opening them and mining whatever XP you can get after trading them in.
