I had a similiar issue as well. I was on the 10th game twice at level 3 and lost, I paid the gold, game froze and I was forced to exit and start over and lost the gold.Same thing happened at level 2.

I'd imagine they have a very limited customer care staff since this is a online consumer based business, not B2B or a retail consumer based business. Probably a software developer to customer support ratio of 5/1.

I have to agree with you. Should have never installed the last recommended upgrade. Game is now pointless to play. Should have known better. Wish I could revert back to previous version. Can't afford the game anymore.
