  • I was VIP IN 2017 and it never carried over, I’ve spent thousands on this game and I’m still no longer VIP! I’ve emailed customer support over 50 times about it and they refuse to reinstate my VIP. I really hate not being VIP!! It was so nice getting the monthly gifts!! I still don’t understand why it never carried over!!…
