  • I am having same issue.  Same device I have used for 4 years and now they claim my device is using hacking emulators.  No help offered only you hacked our server.  Absolute bull.  They refuse to help in any way other than tell me to buy a new phone.…

  • same thing happened to me on Friday.  They claimed my device hacked the game which is absolute bull.  They refuse to offer any explanation other than buy a new phone.  This is the worst customer support company I have ever done business with.
