General TSB Discussion Guidelines: READ BEFORE POSTING

GUIDELINES:

1. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately, and the account posting such information will be met with a BAN. 
2. This is not a Customer Service outlet.  If you have a specific issue that seems to only be happening with your account, let Customer Care know.
3. With that, don't make a post calling out a moderator or admin.  If you need me or somebody else, send us a PM.  I can't guarantee we'll get back to you right away as we have other duties, but you guys are definitely a daily priority.
4. Cheating.  Cheating sucks.  We hate cheaters, and we want you to help us find these cheaters, but we want you to do it the right way.  Don't call someone out on the forum.  Let someone like myself or DFBB know so we can look into it.
5. Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by a mod or admin.
6. Respect people. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members, moderators, or administration. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.  DON'T BE A JERK.  WE WANT THE TSB COMMUNITY TO BE ONE OF THE MOST POSITIVE COMMUNITIES AT GLU AND IN MOBILE GAMING.  DON'T BE "THAT" PERSON.
7. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.
8. Adult content. No suggestive images or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.  We're a little more lenient with swearing, but don't be a disrespectful foulmouth.
9. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
10. Keep private messages within private messages.  Posting something somewhat said to you in a PM/DM on the forum is just bad taste.  This also includes your Customer Care tickets. Those posts will immediately be deleted, and secondary offenses will result in a ban.
