CVC Lineup Question

Is it best to get as many bonus players in as possible or do I mix in some of my top players in place of some of the lower bonus players? What's the best strategy?

skills are the most important. Sometimes its better to sub-out a bonus guy for a guy with Blowout or CVC skills. The key is to not make outs, crappy 380s and skills will do that.

Early innings skill is also awesome for CvC. Fire is good as well but a step back. I'll add put your blowout skill guys towards the bottom of your lineup so by the time you get to them you have already scored 4 runs and the skill will be active.
