He should be a global gift for all. not sure if they will wait until the end of the 4 weeks to give him or if they will give him this week and add the skills as each week goes on

Not sure if we can call that great rewards, 3k of each XP, 10k cash. That doesn't even get you 1 level on the lowest skill upgrade. Shows how out of touch they really are with their own game.

I'm fairly certain he will be given out at the end of the four weeks. He'd be worthless w/o 2 skills and an xfactor.
