Banned for NO Reason

I just got jailed 30 minutes before end of this weekends event. Apparently if you score too much and are not VIP they ban you. That is terrible customer service! Now after my best event score ever I have nothing to show for it! And also can't chat with anyone! This game basically stole my time and money this weekend!
