Keepers

When downloading the game, it prompted me to select my three keepers from last years version. However, the keepers weren’t saved to my roster. Is there something else I have to do to enable them?

    No they are not in my inactives list. I will say when I first choose my keepers the game lagged back to the Home Screen and I had to exit and close the application. Then it gave me a little bit of trouble logging in.

    when I dl'd 21 I never got an option to select keepers, WTH?

    Play a couple of bonus games and the option will pop up.

    I never had the option to select my keepers either. I’ve played over 100 bonus games and nothing happened. I’ve been trying to get CSRs to help since Monday and have had no help. Can anyone help here?
