They did gift me 15 gold as reimbursement.

The Android thing alleviated it some, but there could be other things and we're looking into it for iOS users. This is not something we put on social because that just usually ends up with another flood of CS tickets, and they're still working their way through the weekend's amount.

If my backup team didn’t work, I would have been missing some tier rewards. I’m sure people missed out on rewards because of it.
I have to wonder why any company would want to align themselves with Glu. I really hope EA will straighten a lot of this stupid crap out. Give 15k in gold and say my bad you all aren't supposed to get it and take it back is bad enough, let's now screw with people's phones and crash their critical apps. Now things can be accessed but you can't use the videos in the game. I seriously glad I decided especially with the sh*t show yesterday evening not to go for VIP. I'd much rather have sorry a$$ scrubby team then line these dingleberries pockets. Bad investment.

Yeah I still can't read any text messages. It just keeps crashing when I try to. And I keep getting pop ups that say "prime video has stopped" and "amazon shopping has stopped". Never used those before. I'll just delete the game again and keep it off the phone for awhile.
For those that are having issue while loading to 39% and crashing... You need to go uninstall the Android System Webview app. Send all gifts or kudos to @TyroneEastwood

I have not had any issues with my F2P team on an iPhone XS, but my VIP team keeps having the issue. I thought it might be because that phone is an older 7+, @bobdylan_fan had the issue on a brand new iPad.
I put in another CS ticket today on this 90% freezing issue.

OK - so I play on an iPad. I know how to take a screen shot of a screen. But how would I play the app and initiate a video at the same time? Can someone tutor me on that? Seriously - is this feasible?
Anyone with an android having this problem? Can we at least narrow it down to IOS users for Glu Developers?
I haven't had this specific issue on Android, but the app has simply closed itself multiple times 🤷 it's happened during bonus games, prime games, season mode.. just up and closes in the middle of a game 🥴

Would the video have to be from iPad? Take a video from another device, transfer to iPad for CS if all they want is to see it happen.
