WOH broken - freezes at 90% load when attempting to play

You have a widespread issue with WOH. It has a glitch - whereby - when a player is selected that the game locks up and freezes at 90% while attempting to load the round.
It is not a player wifi issue. It is a GLU issue.
Can you please acknowledge it and fix it?

    This is something we've been monitoring closely.  There are existing customer care tickets that are being looked into, but it appears to be with a small percentage of the player base and not something widespread.  

    I'm acknowledging the issue, but more time is needed to see what's really going on with the accounts seeing issues with WOH.
