Thanks for reporting, PapaJab. In order for us to look further into your issue, we need to know what platform you're on.
It's worth nothing that for about a day and a half last week, we had to turn off ads on the Android platform because any game that ran ads regularly (which is pretty much every game) had issues due to a problem with the Android System WebView, and people with Android phones have been asked to uninstall and reinstall it to see proper performance with their apps.
If that's not it, I hope you've left a ticket with Customer Care.
