Newbie- Quick WOH Question

Just wondering about the one free video restart each level in WOH. Sometimes it seems I go through to say level 7 and lose and don't get the watch a video for a free restart even though I went straight through. Do you not get that option for some reason sometimes?

    @rgh001 once you use a free video restart, you will have to wait 30 minutes until another free video restart is available. There is no visible timer displayed for the 30 minutes, tracking the time is up to you.
