Votto and Ray for sure. Ohtani is fringing the likes of superhero status. 3peat unlikely this month tho. I would love to see it.

    NL:
    Player of the month:
Cj Cron is running away with it, but Bryce has an outside shot.

    Rookie of the month:
    India(repeat). He's been unreal.

    Pitcher of the month:
2 man race between Waino and Max. Each has one start left before the end of the month.

    AL:
    Player of the month:
Marte or Polanco, but lots of guys in in the hunt and it'll go down to the wire.

    Rookie of the month:
No need to wonder about this one. Franco is the real deal!

    Pitcher of the month:
Robbie Ray has been the best pitcher in August, but it'll be tough for him to win it without any pitching wins. He'll face the O's on Weds and should get a win. Ohtani could get his 4th win of the month vs' the Yankees on the 31st and Shane McClanahan already has five wins this month.

I'm too lazy to track the relievers, but it'll be an interesting finish to August.

I’m going to enjoy this game a lot less when POTMs are done.

Rogers had a sizeable lead on him, but India's closed the gap. Depends how he pitches when he comes back, but fun to watch the race

The selections were very obviously influenced by Glu. Williams over Hader 👎 and Schwindel over India 👎. Killing the repeats.

It’s interesting that Robbie Ray got the nod.

I expected to see the POTMs available today. I guess tomorrow instead, along with POTWs. Lots to buy! 😒

I, for one, support Glu’s policy of not releasing POTMs in months with all four batters in the same position. Kudos!

    I opened 39 boxes:

    -1x Abreu
    -1x Waino
    -4x Ray
    -4x Clase
    -3x Cron
    -no dalbec

13/39 player pulls, which is in line with the odds. I’m quite happy with the results. 20k well spent. 😎

Clase was fixed fairly quickly(he's bxp). And damn. Sorry about your bad luck.

I didn’t notice the Clase problem until I got to B10. In ten boxes, I pulled Ray (1x), Wainwright (1x), Dalbec (1x), and Clase (2x).

I was able to get everyone for 25k, pretty lucky. Obviously I can't use 3 first basemen with similar skills but Abreu helps me in vs left cvc/eb and the pitchers help me a lot. Should be able to score ok the next several weeks without spending as I continue to save up for when ATGs drop.

Definitely great value, GL to everyone on pulls!

I spent about 8k, and pulled Cease, Waino, Abreu and Dalbec. Wasn’t worth it to me to spend more chasing Cron, Ray and the others. Pretty happy with the haul. No repulls of anyone, though.

Worth mentioning, but the potm bats aren't 'nerfed' this time around. Their max ratings are in line with the curve whereas last month's bats were a bit misleading. For example, lasts month's 465 bats had a lower 'hit' than the 450 primes.
