Game freezes or closes

I have plenty of available space on my phone and my Wi-Fi signal is strong. The game continues to freeze or close especially when I go to line up and the pictures of the players try to load on screen. I have a Android Stylo 4. When I play my 2020 version everything works fine. Does anyone have any advice. Maybe I just need a new updated phone

    A top of the line phone is always going to give you the best gameplay, but I did see more complaints of crashes this weekend, so it's something we're looking into.

    TSB ‘21 has crashed for me more than any version and I’ve  played them all. I get a hard crash at least once a day, more on weekends.
