Changes to Lineup Features

Having three separate lineups is great, I'm sure most people have a "main" lineup of their best players as well as lineups tailored to each daily event. What I've found is many events now have a complicated matrix of who plays in what events, only partially overlapping. That's fine, it adds to the strategy of which players to seek out and roster, etc. It would however to have a couple changes to the Lineups feature:

- Add a fourth lineup
- Allow players to customize the names of their lineups. If it were possible I'd name mine "main", "bonus", "prime", and "tournament" for reasons that should be obvious.
