Playing on multiple devices issue

I signed up on my iPad then played on my iPhone since I have it synced under 1 account. When I went to play on my iPad it started me over again. Why? Game center is all the same name is there a way to connect without it being deleted? I put so much into this game a few years back and lost everything I pray there’s a fix if not I will stop playing. The top screenshot is my iPad the bottom is my iPhone. Thank you.
