Do you guys suggest doing another ticket through this forum in addition to what I've submitted in the app? They just aren't responding at all. Or will that just mess it up even further?
Thanks. This wouldn't be nearly as frustrating had they not already jailed me for 3 days earlier this week for no reason. I'm not asking for any special treatment or anything over and above what I deserve. But getting screwed twice in one week with no communication is a lot.
That is good to hear. What they should have done to begin with was put a comment in the news section indicating that they were aware of it and were sorting through many players' issues. Not communicating at all is what causes the issues.
Still no response from CS. I've sent 3 messages regarding yesterday's first extra bases event. I'm owed 13 boxes. In addition to being jailed for 3 days last week for no reason and getting no compensation for it (or explanation), this is just a stick in the eye.
It just gets old to constantly work to earn rewards and then be shorted. I still haven't heard anything, although I'm hearing reports that others are slowly getting rewards. I'm jut not playing the EB event anymore this weekend. Not worth the headache.
Still nothing from Glu after 2 messages. Finished 22 in first EB event. Lots of boxes to be screwed out of. I don't know what they call this, but it isn't customer service.
I will stop playing EB while this is going on. There is clearly one of two things going on- it's a beta program and Glu just didn't know how to roll it out properly- or it's nothing more than a resource grab. Not sure which one is worse...

Yes, and the only reason I scored like that is because I used what GLU gave us in the app- moments- to increase the multipliers. That's it. They are the technology company. If they can't figure out who is cheating and who is not, I don't know what to say. This is completely ridiculous.

It's not really in glu's interest to do this. If I'm losing like that, I'm more inclined to say "screw it" than I am to suddenly start ponying up a bunch of money. That's what they don't seem to get.
Yeah, it's weird. I can play 5 games in a row against inferior match ups, then they throw crazy ones at me. Very frustrating. I kinda feel like those very high level teams shouldn't be there, because I never play teams that are ranked half- or 2/3rds- less than I am.
About 18,000 wins. I've played about 22,000 games. I heard about a "cliff" at 20,000 games played, but I didn't experience that. I just found it really weird that it happened mid way through the weekend event. Even still, these matchups aren't even close- like 2-3X my strength.
We sent GLU screen shots and 3 days later they say they are "still researching it". Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our entire club has gotten the runaround.

Still no response from Glu. In response to multiple tickets, they have asked a couple of our members for screenshots of our scores before the problem...Because, you know, we sit around taking screenshots waiting for something bad to happen.... Very frustrating and needs to be fixed.
