My SYS event also disappeared before I could accept my prizes. I contacted support and they want a screenshot of how many votes I had and what place I came in. How am I supposed to have a screenshot of something that disappeared before I could even get on 🫠
Sorry if this has been answered but why does my ticket timer stop when I accept tickets from seasons? Can these tickets not be used in future SYS events?

Does anyone else wish they’d stop doing astrology sign related SYS events? The colors they tell us to use on the phone call never match the typical colors of that sign. The prizes never match either, they’re usually so random. I always score low 😞
@LinaKK can anyone show me when they acknowledged the glitch? I'm not able to go through every page of the forum but all I saw them acknowledge was the server issues with the 5 orange dyes from the gig. Nothing about the glitch of not receiving dyes from gift boxes that I've been experiencing for over a month.
Guess talking about my issue with support and dyes is not “allowed”. Silly me for thinking I could actually get help on here and get this missing dye glitch (that I’ve been experiencing for weeks) addressed and fixed. All good, I shouldn’t expect a company to care about their players.
@AmyMimi I am so tired of contacting support every week for my missing dyes just to get these types of responses. I’ve asked them countless times to look into this glitch because I know it’s not on my end. Nothing ever gets fixed and I only get my dyes back 50% of the time. I try and contact support in game and they want a screenshot but sending screenshots makes my app crash. One support person was able to look into my account and do it that way…
