It's a multi-event, not royale where WoH sticks around. The Weds mult-event carried WoH over into Thursday as well. Granted, some weekends it's around longer than others. I think when Yordan was the reward it disappeared Friday night and didn't return until Sunday afternoon.

I don't know how it works for using someone's likeness in game but I can assume. My guess is after the MLBPA or MLB no longer has rights on a player that player or their estate if deceased would be asked for permission. I doubt Bonds would do something like that. It's a simple multiplier of your pitchers overall ratings. Same for bats. Pitcher skills are just never accounted for in game.
