Customer Service is Terrible

Been playing this game for over 4 years and was told today by customer service that they will not allow me to move my keepers from 21 to 22 for security reasons. This was the only reason given.  Really disappointed and I am super close to just deleting this game.

    Why do you need CS to move them? Are you not able to use the Keeper Tab and do it yourself?

    I had backed up my team via Facebook but deleted that account last year. I was asking to change my backup.

    I was asked a bunch of questions and even provided proof of purchases with the app but still no.

    Customer service is definitely bad, but you deleting your account is your fault 😂
