Not getting club points from bonus games/prime event

Hello. So here's the thing. After playing prime event/bonus games I don't earn club points. In TSB 21 after game ended there was points scoring on post game screen, in 22 version I don't have it. What's more odd, on compete page I have for example 3mil points scored after playing bonus game but when I look at club members, it says I have 0. EVEN more odd is that after playing WOH I earned points which showed up on club members page. Do anyone know what is happening?

    Sounds sounds like you have been jailed. It’s their cheat detection software that probably flagged you. If you didn’t cheat, reach out to customer service and explain what happened. You will have to be persistent as generally they just label you a cheater and won’t help. Their tools will often flag people who didn’t cheat, so fight it if you didn’t cheat. But if you are guilty of cheating, then you just got caught. Either way, good luck.
