CVC Round Disappeared at Match End

Played right after the match started, it was still there an hour before the match ended, and gone at the end. No reward. Wondering if yesterday’s random jailing was somehow a factor. Customer Care has yet to respond to that 27 hours later.

    I have actually had really good luck with Customer Care so far this year. People abandon a derby, I send a screenshot and get refunded. 

    This cvc thing happened to me for the 1st matchup. I sent in a screenshot and have already been given the rewards I missed on

    That actually just happened to a guy in my club.  I got the rewards from it lol.  I told him to get a screen shot and send it to cs.  His name isn't in the final scoring at all, but maybe they'll actually realize that all the missing points belong to him.
    Just no.
