Loyalty Boxes - No Rewards

I just bought 46 Diamond Loyalty boxes and none of the rewards were added to my totals. I force closed the app multiple times and that didn’t fix it. I put in a ticket, but was wondering if this is common.

    Seems to be happening to me here lately too! It's a bummer when you're try to build your blue cash back up from playing tournament games for 1 Franchise coin👎

    I've seen CS make the adjustments so hopefully, they will take care of you soon. This has been mentioned a few times on discord too, but it's not happening to everyone. I'm not sure what to make of it, but they're aware of the situation.

    Customer Service fixed me up pretty quickly.
