No videos what so ever!

Since downloading 22, I have no videos of any kind.  No videos for gold, daily gold boxes, video achievement, replays....nothing. Also can not view offers at all.  Customer service on app not very helpful, saying most likely a geographic reason, but other local players have no issues and 21 videos work fine.  Anyone else?????

    that's weird... I'm actually able to get both video boosts for CVC, first time in about 2 years that's worked

    I've not been able to watch any videos since I got the game about 10 months ago. Not a single video has ever loaded. So very frustrating.
