How how do I progress the all stars? I’ve been stuck on level 2 with 95 tickets for 3 weeks. Is it a glitch?

    He answered your question. You earn all star tickets every time that you spend money.

    It’s possible to play this game without spending, but VERY difficult. Be careful. This company has some serious issues.
