VIP - Ever?

Need advice.  I’m level 10 in All Stars, play everyday, 8600 wins, >1 trillion club points, but they haven’t made me a VIP.  Customer Service gave me a somewhat canned response saying it’s by invitation and I should play more and post in this forum (which seems nearly dead) more.  Really?   

I’d be willing to spend more in the game, but there’s no Level 11 in All Stars unless you’re VIP, so don’t see the point.

    All that really matter is the $$$ spent. You'll get it eventually

    But, do you get anything to use at the beginning of the new season?
