I’m wondering if anybody ever gets issues resolved by support. It’s been over a week with countless emails and unanswered in game messages sent with no results. I’ve been sent canned responses at like 3:30 am. It’s like Glu goes out of their way to not help their customers. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

    It’s not Glu anymore, it’s all EA and they’re too busy putting out fires caused by their incompetent “team”.
    Just a Silver team from the wrong side of the tracks, so what do I know? 🤷
