I'm just not doing anything with 22 until they 1. fix the crashing and 2. connect my 21 account. I mean, how many years have they been doing these releases? You're supposed to get better at it....not worse.

I suppose they can't fix the login issues until they get both 22 and 21 to stop crashing. I can't even get 22 to load up past 88% and 21 crashes when you try to collect rewards from yesterday's event. Seems like they are having all sorts of problems.

I completely understand your frustration. The only reason I have hung in there is because I have a club full of great guys, many of whom have sent their own CS messages on my behalf, asking why this keeps happening. One of them is a VIP who was unable to link his account initially as well. CS sent him a simple reset link…

Same thing with me. Need them to get my 21 account recognized. Now this evening the app keeps crashing when I try to load it, so I can't even tell if CS has responded yet.

I can't get anyone from CS to respond to me. I can't get my account from 21 linked by email either. Doesn't recognize it. Now when I try to open the app it continually crashes at 88%. Not impressed.

I have been waiting since Friday, an hour after the event started, to get released. Frankly, it doesn't matter if they release me now. I will just score too much and get jailed again. Getting unjailed and only playing CVC wouldn't help either, because I've been jailed before for scoring too high in CVC too. Terrible…

The first bonus game I played today was 9 billion. Second was 4B. I was jailed immediately.

Actually, I am. Because you can't get to VIP if they don't let you play the damn game. Well, you can, but you'd just be handing them cash for nothing.

2 bonus games played, immediately jailed again for scoring too many points. Which, why would you expect that when you make every player in my lineup a bonus player? Glu literally has no clue.

My club has lost rankings over my jailings and I've spent resources and dollars that have been lost because of it. Glu has never once acknowledged the lost resource issue at any time I've been jailed. Not one time. They just randomly take you out of jail- sometimes 2 or 3 days after the event. I don't agree with the drug analogy, because frankly I stayed away for most of the weekend after they shut me down twice. The only reason I stay is for the guys in my club. But as far as your comment about unethical? Yeah, at a minimum I would describe it as extremely unethical.

Well, it appeared the jailing had stopped after over a month of nothing. So my thought was, spend some, get to VIP and avoid it happening in the future. Yet when I spend, they jail again. So there's something wrong with their model. They are penalizing people for doing what they want them to do.

I don't understand it. They are the technology company. I have had VIPs admit to me that they cheat. Glu knows they cheat and they let it go. I have seen screenshots of CS messages to players where they openly acknowledge there is a points cap. I'll say it again- Glu is the technology company, not us. The first time they jailed me, they disappeared completely and weren't brought back. I wasn't restored for 3 days. This time they went to zero, then they brought them back this morning. I have no idea why they are doing this. It's not exactly the way to get people spending on your game....
