Tag Team Championship match not working

hi my partner is having troubles with his game all he gets when he tries to advance with the title matches is it just goes simulate and crashes and just says you have flair even though he can’t get any further to even do any special events or daily events

I have been having the same problem with the Women’s Tag Team Title match. I’ve gone through the checklist that customer support has given me but I still have the same issue.
