Daily Deals taking credits but not adding bought superstar to roster

anyone else having issues with buying superstar from daily deals and not having them added to roster?  I saved up a lot of VS match credits to buy Aleister Black from daily deals only to have it take my credits but not reward him to my roster.   Posted on Facebook forum and few others said had same exact issue.   Thus far customer service hasn't been any help.
