Energy not refilled on level up

Last 6 times now my energy hasn’t refilled on level up, in game support say it shouldn’t but clearly says so here. Can anyone help?

That happens on every level up. It's all a lie. When I got in touch with the devs. They said it was a display error. That's just some next level stupid.

As omezy suggested, it's just a text error. I'm lvl40 and I've only ever gotten the +?? amount shown, never the full refill.
