No Austin as a bonus?

Why isn’t Stonecold Steve Austin a bonus for this weekend?  With him being the event superstar, why not make him like one of the 600% bonuses at least? Otherwise people may skip the event but if he was a bonus it may entice people who didn’t have him to go for him or for people who do have him to grind it out for more shards for him.
