Unable to collect points in roster battle

As the title says i can battle but get 0 points. Its the same guy everytime i try.
Also the draft cases are glitched, when opening them its a super broken screen says john cena common. Then it sticks there for a while. I do end up getting the rewards in the case but it takes like 2-3 minutes.
