Chapter 11 story 4 is bugged

As the title says, this part is bugged and it tells me that I don't have enough superstars when I clearly do. Because of this I am blocked and I can not progress further in the story or upgrade any of my characters. Please fix this.

    I somehow got auto pushed through it.  Everything was working fine,now 10-1 same thing arrrrrg

    Yeah the same thing happened to me. I got pushed twice and now I'm getting the same thing still. I can only guess that they're trying to figure out what is wrong with our accounts but I wish they would at atleast let us know something.

    The real bummer is I can't complete dailies .

    Yeah and I can't upgrade my characters because I can't do story stages to get the gear items. Is there no one from GLU on these forums?

    I'm thinking of deleting the game .I don't have enough time to waste on a game that won't let me advance

    Yeah it is depressing how there's no response from development. I got a message on my ticket saying "We pushed this up to the development team and please be patient until we respond back to you on this ticket" That was was on the 10th. I haven't heard anything since. 

    This is deserving of a 1 star right now....Do they not have a community manager?

    There is no reason for me to keep a broken game.

    The response on my ticket was for me to restart the chapter and pick different superstars. Is there a way to restart chapters? Because I don't know how to do that and it won't let me select chapter 1

    I was just informed that this will be fixed in the next update. So I'm stuck until then

    i really wish this could get fixed so I can continue the story mode!!

    I figured out a work around for it. My story mode is working again

    Mine is doing it on ch. 10-2. How did you fix it?!?

    What I did was go to options->google->ads and refresh the advertising id. Once I did that, I loaded up the game and it moved to the next chapter. I did this until the chapter ended and it was no longer stuck. I was able to redo the chapter and it ran normally.

    I don't have that in my options. Hope they fix the bug soon!

    Not in the game. Go to the options on your device.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I wish it would have worked. Maybe they will do an update or something
