Since the event is over, there's currently no way to open them. We understand that players like to farm the event to stack cases, but I'd recommend opening them right away.
The Deadman Event is different from the rest of the event and will always remain open to give players the opportunity to use other Superstars and see how events work. In order to make room for the other limited events' cases, it had to be removed from inventory.
I'm not the one that does any of the back end stuff, so while I appreciate the feedback, it's not anything I have direct say with, but feel free to continue to voice your opinion as I do a weekly community check-in with the devs every Monday.
