Locked out of dailies

I logged in tonight and my two dailies events were reset but I am locked out.  They are also now showing as “optional” on the total checklist.  Please help as I I cannot far my total rewards which includes my PVP Gauntlet tokens which I’ll be needing tomorrow, more also missing out on the rewards for the events.

    Have also re-installed the game three times trying to fix....
