Can't regain Hardcore Title

I am having trouble regaining the Hardcore Title with Chad Gable. I also can't level up without waiting most of my money on trainers. How can I get around this?

    Just keep playing.
    I've gone a couple weeks without leveling up before just because I needed to build characters up to be able to compete in the title matches.
    Are you equipping gear? Gear can give quite a bit of a boost.

    I am gearing up and training my superstars but after 2 stars I can't evolve my superstars unless I have the coins to do that

    But I regained the Hardcore title and retained the Smackdown Women's title
