I had the same issue, I wasn't even up to that level when I was asked to serve Franken Mallow. I did a Google search for it like I have done for many others and found a YouTube video, but there should be pictures within the game to avoid frustration.

Thanks, that has worked and will let me turn on the WiFi afterwards without crashing, but it still won't let me load the game with the WiFi on. It is better, but having to turn the WiFi off to load the game is not normal.

Be careful if you don't sync it at all though, if it goes wonky and have to reinstall your progress will be gone and the only game you will find is the one you don't want. I have two FB accounts, every now and again I lose the game and have to sign into the FB account I don't use to retrieve it.
