I notice the same thing, but if I serve VIP customers, which is what the reward is for, I do get the prizes. So it’s just hashtags showing, but otherwise the rewards are working (for me, at least...)

ok, so the enso sushi items aren’t really available yet. Got it. Thanks! In the future it’s probably better they not show up as available until they’re actually available 😉

@DashingMike I looked at my game and I see the style sets section, but there’s no enso sushi in there. If I go to the closet where the items are, it tells me to spin wheels to get the items.

I don’t have a good answer for you, other than to say that the problem with that venue seems to be that the customers come in too slowly. I use the same boosts as you, but tend to put lots of food on to cook in an attempt to push customers thru to get new ones, even if I end up throwing out burnt food. I swipe coins when 3…

Same for me - but it's also high roller wheel for me. In high roller wheel, my only prizes are one coin. I wasted two high roller wheel spins - which are so hard to get - to win two coins :/
