Episode 5 where is teeter

In episode 5 when you fly to the new city teeter was supposed to stay in the roof with the helicopter you have to go deep in the city to a different building but need to go back to teeter to have him fix the key card so you can get in the door...... Where is he I can't find him?? Help please
