Game not starting iPhone 5

Since the event finished my game won't even start I have restarted my phone several times all I get is the glu screen and then it takes me right back to my home screen and has been this way for a few days I don't want to delete and reinstall as I don't want to lose all my stuff plus my gold skulls that I have over 300.
