Episode 4....no quests/goals

I did the outbreak, which constantly crashed, switched back to the regular game, crashed, finished the outbreak time, now I'm still on episode 4, I can't move but from east 16 to east 25 st. I have no goals, nothing. I loved to play this game but now it's just the same thing over and over. Help???? Anyone!!!
