Restore Purchase Option

I would really like to purchase some gold skulls to obtain the in-game dog. However, I don't want to throw money at the game if there isn't an option to restore either in-game gold skulls or purchased items. Considering how often I either restore my device or switch it out for a new one, it would be like throwing money away.

Is there an in-game option to obtain what I want? I'm not interested in creating my own game backup or contacting support every time I want to recover cash or items. If this feature doesn't exist, are there plans to implement it?

I'm currently using a Nexus 7 running Android 4.3.

Thanks

After days of waiting, I received a Copy & Paste response from glu. I've seen this same response concerning people losing their saved games. My question wasn't about the saved game progress but Store/Billing Department. However, I'm almost certain the same answer applies to both and I'll update the thread if I find out more. Check below for their response:

Thank you for contacting Glu Mobile Customer Care. We are sorry to hear about the problem with your game.

The game does not save online. Game Center or Facebook are only used for connecting with friends and achievements. There is no online save for this game, it saves directly on your device.

We are sorry we do not have an option to restore games. We hope to have this option in the future.

As it stands, here are some reasons why I wouldn't recommend purchasing gold skulls for this game.

-You can't restore your in-game purchases. This is implemented in many lower quality games by the press of a button.

-Theirs not an easy way to backup your game on Android. Glu also hasn't added support for the game to sync saved data for restoring.

-The prices are extremely high for temporary bonuses. You can't spend any less than $4.99 and to refill my energy would cost about $1.60. The same energy you easily use up in 15 minutes of gameplay. We're talking $6.40 per hour.

Now if I were to purchase anything, it would be the dog. An awesome dog companion should be in nearly every game. However, I feel like this is a ploy to get people to spend a little money on something great in hopes they will spend a lot more. Until they fix restoring, I'll have to hold off on the dog.

I want to make it clear that I love supporting developers. I'm always paying to disable ads, double coins gained, or unlocking the full game. However, these often always allow for restoring of purchases.

On the ipad, you can get 5 free skulls a day by watching videos. That along with those you receive in the game can add up to the dog amount without cash. Android may not have the same 5 a day. I put the game on my phone but didn't play much there. I think it was just 1 or 2 free per day on there (could be wrong).

I have purchased over $100 worth of stuff including character skins, weapons, and potions plus I bought the paper doll things that you make plus I've bought a ton of diamonds and gold but then I decided to delete the games until my friends got into the game so I got the game from my cloud and I would like to get my stuff back with a restore purchases option and I find it wrong that there is not a restore purchases option!
