Connection & log in issue of the game

First of all, there is no problem with my internet connection. But I can't log in the game and keep receiving the " Can't Connect" message:(. Pls solve the issue, thanks!

Try disabling and then re-enabling the internet connection on the device you're playing on and/or exit and and close completely the app, then restarting it.

It's a buggy game, so you gotta fiddle with it...
